The 12° cold plunge offers a refreshing contrast, helping to improve cardiovascular health, aid muscle recovery, and boost your overall mood.

Two 38° Heated Pools

Heated to a balmy 38 degrees, the heated vitality pools stimulate circulation and promotes relaxation – the perfect end to an bathhouse session.

Scented Steam Room

The steam room offers a humid environment that can help relieve respiratory conditions, detoxify the body, and boost the immune system. Meditative scents aid relaxation and tiered seating allows guests to control the intensity of their experience.

Infrared Saunas

Our two infrared saunas use radiant heat to penetrate the body at a deeper level, providing a range of benefits such as detoxification, pain relief, improved circulation, and relaxation.

Finnish Sauna With Fireplace

With all the benefits of a traditional sauna, our Finnish sauna transforms your sauna experience with integrated fireplace to maximise the restorative dry heat.

Our spacious traditional sauna provides a dry heat experience that has been used for centuries to reduce stress, flush toxins, and promote relaxation.

Here’s how it works.

Play Video Walkthrough

Book your session

Choose a 60 or 90-minute session. Apple and Google Pay accepted. You'll receive a brief intake form via email.

Arrive and check in

Bring swimwear and a wet bag. Arrive 5 minutes early. Our team will brief you on the facilities.

Get yourself ready

Change into your swimwear. Phone on silent, into your locker, along with jewellery and personal belongings. This is your time to disconnect.

Shower

Shower before entering the waters. It's part of the ritual, and it keeps the bathhouse pristine for every guest.

Rotate

Warm up in the sauna or steam first, then begin alternating between hot and cold pools. There's no wrong order, find your own rhythm.

Maintain purity

Rinse off under the showers between each transition. It keeps the waters pure and is part of the bathhouse tradition.

Common questions

What is a bathhouse?

Unlike a spa, bathhouses provide a distinct social & community-orientated relaxation experience with a range of self-serve amenities that you can move through at your own pace. While a visit to a spa may be a rare treat, visiting a bathhouse is an excellent addition to your regular wellness ritual.

How do I book?

You can book by clicking the ‘Book Now’ buttons throughout or head to thebathhousealbion.try.be. Apple & Google Pay is available when booking on a mobile device. You can also email albion@thebathhousegroup.com or call 0494 173 795.

Do you offer facials, massages & other treatments?

No, we do not.

Do you accept group bookings?

Absolutely. You can book for up to 6 people online. If you’re looking to book for more than 6 people, please email albion@thebathhousegroup.com.

Do I need to book?

Bookings are required and can be booked via our booking platform, emailing albion@thebathhousegroup.com, or calling 0494 173 795.

Do you need to be a member to visit?

No, you do not need to be a member to visit.

When are you open?

We are open 6:30am – 9:00pm, 7 days a week. The last 60-minute session starts at 9:00pm and the last 90-minute session at 8:30pm.

What should I bring & wear?

You will need to bring your swimwear, water bottle, and wet bag to place your swimwear in after your session. Swimwear must be worn at all times. Jewellery in the pools is not advised.

Do you have any women only or men only hours?

No, The Bathhouse Albion is a mixed environment.

Can I bring my phone, camera or recording device into the bathhouse?

Sorry, phones, cameras or any recording device are not allowed within the bathhouse. We encourage you to unplug, take a break and securely place your phone within a locker in the change amenities.

Are there age restrictions?

We cannot accomodate guests under the age of 18.

If I'm pregnant or have a medical condition, can I still use the facilities?

If you’re an expecting mother, we do not encourage you to increase or decrease your core body temperature dramatically by using the heated and cooled bathhouse facilities. We recommend those with a medical condition or expecting mothers to seek clearance from their GP before booking.
