1. Promotion Period The promotion commences 12:00am (AEST) on Thursday 9 July 2026 and closes 11:59pm (AEST) on Thursday 16 July 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
2. Promoter The promoter is The Bathhouse Albion Pty Ltd (ABN 11 669 964 283) of 64 Nariel Street, Albion, QLD 4010 (“Promoter”).
3. Eligibility 3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older, except employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, QT Queenstown, and any agencies associated with this promotion. 3.2 Entrants must reside in a state or territory where this promotion can legally run without a permit, or where the Promoter holds the required permit. [Note: trade promotions of this kind may require a permit in the ACT, NSW and/or SA — confirm before this campaign goes live to entrants outside Queensland.]
4. How to Enter 4.1 To enter, purchase any session, voucher or bundle from The Bathhouse Albion during the Promotion Period. 4.2 Each qualifying purchase constitutes one entry into the draw. There is no limit to the number of entries a person may receive, other than by the number of qualifying purchases made. 4.3 Entry is automatic upon purchase — no further action is required. 4.4 The following purchases are not eligible to go in the draw: mid-week breakfast social sessions, Bathhouse x Wineism packages, and retail products.
5. The Prize One (1) winner will receive a Queenstown getaway comprising:
- Return economy flights from Brisbane to Queenstown for two (2) people, valued at up to $3,000 AUD
- A $400 NZD dinner voucher
- Exclusive use of The Bathhouse Spa Queenstown, valued at $2,999 NZD
- Two (2) nights’ accommodation at QT Queenstown
6. The Draw 6.1 The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries on Monday 20 July 2026, at The Bathhouse Albion, 64 Nariel Street, Albion, QLD 4010. 6.2 The winner will be notified by phone and/or email on 20 July 2026, using the contact details provided at the time of purchase. 6.3 The winner will have two (2) days from the date of notification to claim the prize. 6.4 If the winner does not claim the prize within this period, the prize will be redrawn, and this process will repeat until a winner claims the prize. 6.5 The winner will also be announced via The Bathhouse Albion’s official social media channels and/or website.
7. Prize Redemption 7.1 The prize must be redeemed within six (6) months of the draw date (by 20 January 2027). Any portion of the prize not redeemed within this period will be forfeited, and no cash or credit alternative will be offered. 7.2 Flights, accommodation and the Bathhouse Spa Queenstown session are subject to availability and must be booked in advance, in coordination with the Promoter and QT Queenstown as applicable. 7.3 Travel dates are subject to availability and may exclude blackout periods (e.g. peak season, public holidays) at the discretion of QT Queenstown.
8. General Conditions 8.1 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 8.2 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 8.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or made in breach of these terms. 8.4 The Promoter and QT Queenstown accept no responsibility for any tax obligations, incidental costs, or travel insurance arising from acceptance of the prize. 8.5 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance of the prize. 8.6 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms, or to cancel, suspend or postpone the promotion, if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
9. Privacy Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used by the Promoter to conduct the promotion and notify the winner, and may be shared with QT Queenstown solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment.
