Shower
Shower before entering the waters — it's part of the ritual, and it keeps the bathhouse pristine for every guest.
Rotate
Warm up in the sauna or steam first, then begin alternating between hot and cold pools. There's no wrong order — find your own rhythm.
Maintain purity
Rinse off under the showers between each transition. It keeps the waters pure and is part of the bathhouse tradition.
