These Terms of Use apply to all bookings, memberships, sessions and events operated by The Bathhouse Group, including:

The Bathhouse Spa Queenstown (New Zealand)
By making a booking or attending a session, you agree to the following terms.
1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Guests must provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.

Failure to provide the required notice will result in the session being forfeited, with no refund.

Guests may reschedule a bathhouse session if it is more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
To cancel or reschedule, please log into your account via the online booking platform and manage your booking. Alternatively, you may contact the relevant location directly.
2. Late Arrivals

If a guest or member arrives more than 15 minutes late to a booking, The Bathhouse reserves the right to cancel the booking or reduce the session time accordingly, without refund.

Session end times will not be extended due to late arrival.
3. Health & Wellness Requirements

Guests must not attend a session if they are feeling unwell, experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, have potentially contagious skin conditions, or have suffered from diarrhoea in the 48 hours prior to their booking.

The Bathhouse reserves the right to refuse entry where attendance may pose a health risk to guests or staff.
4. Age Requirements

Guests must be 18 years or older to attend the bathhouse.

Guests aged 16–17 years may attend only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, subject to location-specific policies.
5. Appropriate Dress & Behaviour

Guests must wear appropriate swimwear at all times within shared bathhouse facilities.

Swimwear must be clean, opaque, and designed for use in wet environments.

Full nudity is not permitted in any shared or communal areas.
-
Footwear is not permitted in pools and bathing areas, except where otherwise indicated.

The Bathhouse is a phone-free and alcohol-free environment.

Behaviour must be respectful of others at all times. Any conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe or offensive may result in removal from the premises without refund.
6. Session Duration & Overtime Charges

60-minute bathhouse sessions include:

60 minutes of bathhouse access, plus
-
Up to 15 minutes total change-room time.

If a guest exceeds the 75-minute total time, an additional $20 charge will apply, equivalent to a 90-minute session rate.

Guests are responsible for monitoring their time and exiting the facilities promptly.
7. Events & Special Sessions

Tickets for events (including but not limited to Sound Bath, Stretch & Bath, and other facilitated experiences) are non-refundable.
-
Event bookings cannot be transferred or rescheduled within 48 hours of the event start time.
8. General Conditions

The Bathhouse reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time.
-
All guests must comply with on-site rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund.
